Welcome to Galenai Sales ("Galenai," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, subscription services, interactive sales simulations, educational courses, and related features (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, registering for an account, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Galenai Sales provides an interactive sales training platform featuring video courses, educational modules, custom syllabus generation, performance analytics dashboards, and specialized simulation technology designed to roleplay sales scenarios (including cold calling, objection handling, and negotiations).
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and purchase a subscription.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
B2B / Organization Accounts: If you register an account on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Subscription Models: We offer individual consumer plans (B2C) and business/team plans (B2B). Specific features, pricing, and seat limits are detailed during checkout.
Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions (Monthly and Annual) are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in accordance with Section 4.
Payment Terms: You must provide valid credit card or payment information. By submitting such information, you authorize Galenai Sales to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to your designated payment method.
We believe in flexibility and transparency. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard settings or by contacting our support team at support@galenaisales.com.
Effect of Monthly Cancellation: When you cancel a Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will retain full access to all platform features, courses, and simulators until the end of that paid cycle. No further charges will be made after your current cycle expires.
Effect of Annual Cancellation: Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. If you cancel an Annual Subscription, you will continue to have access to the platform for the remaining balance of your 12-month term. The plan will not renew for the following year.
No Prorated Refunds: Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused platform usage.
Platform Ownership: All software, design layouts, course materials, interactive simulators, trademarks, and content provided by Galenai Sales remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.
User Uploads & Custom Materials: When you or your business upload sales scripts, PDFs, marketing collateral, or brand guidelines ("User Collateral") to generate custom training paths, you retain ownership of your content. You grant Galenai Sales a non-exclusive, world-wide license to process and use this content solely for the purpose of generating your customized platform experience and training modules.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our platform is designed to significantly improve sales skills and closing techniques, Galenai Sales does not guarantee specific revenue growth, financial performance, or individual sales conversion outcomes resulting from the use of the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galenai Sales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your access to or use of the Services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document or via email/in-platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
