Subscriptions Galenai offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. 3. Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at galenai@galenai.ai. Upon cancellation: - Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. - You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods. - You will not receive a pro-rated refund for unused time in the current period. 4. Refunds We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 calendar days of your initial purchase, contact us at galenai@galenai.ai and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After this 14-day window, fees paid are not refundable except where required by applicable law. 5. Annual Plans Annual plan subscribers are eligible for a full refund if the request is made within 14 days of the initial purchase. After 14 days, access continues until the end of the annual period. 6. We will investigate the issue and, if applicable, issue a correction or refund. 7. How Refunds Are Processed Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
